Columbia is the Maury County seat. Heating and cooling here is dispatched from 610 N Garden St Basement, Columbia, TN 38401. Same shop number as Spring Hill: 931-682-6969.
This is the Maury County seat shop. Mount Pleasant and Santa Fe jobs leave from here. Spring Hill remains the primary office on Town Center Parkway — same phone, same owner.
Call 931-682-6969. Published offers apply in Columbia the same as in Spring Hill and Columbia: 10% military and senior on repairs, 5% off new unit changeouts, free service call, free estimates, free second opinions, no night or weekend charges.
Older homes, newer subdivisions and the Duck River
Columbia mixes historic homes near the downtown square with mid-century neighborhoods and newer subdivisions on the edges of town. The older houses often sit over crawl spaces, with ducts and equipment added long after the house was built. Newer houses tend to have attic air handlers and longer duct runs. The Duck River runs through town, and the river valley holds humidity on summer nights, so moisture control matters as much as temperature.
What Columbia homeowners call us for
- AC repair when the summer humidity sets in and older systems fall behind
- Furnace and heat repair for gas, electric and heat pump systems
- Crawl-space duct repair for musty smells, disconnected runs and leaky returns
- Humidity and air quality work for clammy, dusty houses
- System replacements sized to the house, not the old nameplate
The Maury County shop
The Garden Street basement shop is our base for Maury County. Calls in Mount Pleasant, Santa Fe, Culleoka and Hampshire are dispatched from here, while Spring Hill stays the primary office on Town Center Parkway. It is the same owner, the same phone number and the same published offers either way.
Columbia winters bring the occasional ice storm along with the regular cold snaps, and an outage can look like an equipment failure. If the whole street is dark, check our outage maps page first. If it is the equipment, call or text 931-682-6969.
Offers and financing
Financing is available on qualifying work, and the Economy and Premiere maintenance agreements are available to Columbia customers the same as in Spring Hill. We do not post APR, prices or hours on the website, so call 931-682-6969 for current terms. Estimates and second opinions are free.
