Emergency HVAC in Spring Hill and Columbia, TN

When the house is hot in August or cold in January, you want a technician, not a call-center script. Eskimo Brothers Air Conditioning is owner-operated (one owner, one manager). Call or text 931-682-6969.

The published offer list includes no night or weekend charges, a free service call, and 10% off repairs for military and senior customers. We do not post a clock on this website. If you need someone, phone the shop.

Emergency cooling and heating calls are dispatched from Spring Hill (220 Town Center Pkwy Ste 140) and Columbia (610 N Garden St Basement) across Maury County and Williamson County, including Franklin, Thompson’s Station, and Mount Pleasant.

Quick checks before you call

  • Thermostat: set to Cool or Heat, set point above or below room temperature, and fresh batteries if it uses them.
  • Breakers: check the breakers for the outdoor unit and the furnace or air handler. Reset a tripped breaker once; if it trips again, leave it off and call.
  • Furnace switch: the light-switch style switch near the furnace or air handler is on.
  • Filter: a completely blocked filter can shut a system down.
  • Condensate: water in the drain pan or a tripped float switch can stop the cooling.

When to shut it off and call right away

Turn the system off and call if you smell burning or electrical odors, hear grinding or banging, see ice on the refrigerant lines, or find water coming through a ceiling. If you smell gas, get everyone out and call the gas utility or 911 from outside first. If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the house and call 911.

Protecting the family while you wait

In a summer outage, close blinds on the sunny side, keep interior doors open so whatever cool air you have moves, and check on older family members and pets. In winter, close off unused rooms and keep space heaters well away from bedding and curtains. If the power is out across the neighborhood, check our outage maps page before assuming the equipment failed. When it is the equipment, call or text 931-682-6969; the published offers include no night or weekend charges and a free service call.

Who we reach

Emergency calls go out from Spring Hill for the city itself, Thompson’s Station and Franklin, and from Columbia for the Maury County seat, Mount Pleasant, Santa Fe, Culleoka and Hampshire. Describe what the system is doing when you call, whether it is not starting, running without cooling or heating, leaking or making noise, so the technician brings the right parts.
