Does factory warranty cover labor in Spring Hill?
Almost never. Goodman, Carrier, Trane, and the rest cover the part. The truck, diagnosis, and install labor are the shop. We will tell you that on the ticket before we order the part.
What do I need to look up a warranty?
Model and serial from the outdoor data plate. Photo it if the stamp is faded. Our plate decoder and Ask a Pro page will take that picture.
Can Eskimo Brothers file the factory claim?
Yes, if the part is still in coverage and we are doing the repair. The manufacturer pays the part. You pay the call unless we quoted it otherwise.
