A changeout in Middle Tennessee has to handle sticky summers, not just a peak temperature on the thermostat. We size and install replacement air conditioners and complete systems for houses in Spring Hill, Columbia, Franklin, Thompson’s Station, and Mount Pleasant.
Current published offer: 5% off new unit changeouts. Financing is available; we do not post APR or a merchant number here — call 931-682-6969 for the options on the books this week. Free estimates and free second opinions apply to replacement quotes.
Install photos on this site are real indoor air-handler work, not stock. We service and install across common residential brands. Dispatch is from 220 Town Center Pkwy Ste 140 in Spring Hill and 610 N Garden St Basement in Columbia.
How we size a replacement
A new air conditioner should match the house, not the old nameplate. A unit that is too large cools the air fast and shuts off before it pulls the moisture out, which is how a Middle Tennessee house ends up cool and clammy. A unit that is too small runs nonstop through July. We look at the square footage, the insulation and windows, the duct system and how the house actually behaved with the old equipment before we quote a size.
What changes with a new system
- Efficiency ratings. New equipment is rated in SEER2, the current federal test standard. Higher numbers cost more up front and save more on long cooling seasons like ours.
- Refrigerant. New residential systems are moving to lower-impact refrigerants. If your current system runs on R-22 or R-410A, ask how that affects a repair-versus-replace decision.
- Matched indoor and outdoor parts. An outdoor unit paired with an old indoor coil rarely performs to its rating. We quote matched systems.
- Ducts and drain. A changeout is the best time to fix a leaking return, a crushed flex run or a drain line that has been backing up.
Quotes, offers and financing
Estimates on replacements are free, and so are second opinions on someone else’s quote. The published 5% off new unit changeouts applies, and financing is available on qualifying work; call 931-682-6969 for the current terms. Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the brand and on registering the equipment, and our warranty lookup page links to each brand’s registration site.
What to expect on install day
A typical changeout means the old equipment comes out, the new outdoor and indoor sections go in, the refrigerant lines and drain are connected or replaced as needed, the system is charged and tested, and we walk you through the thermostat and filter. We haul off the old equipment. Installs are scheduled from our Spring Hill and Columbia offices across Maury and Williamson County, including Franklin, Thompson’s Station and Mount Pleasant.
